Pay & Hours
Role: Assistant Store Manager / Location: Twickenham / Salary: £30,418 per annum (OTE £33,459) plus benefits.
Hours of work: 40 hours per week – 5/7 days, covering early and late shifts.

Responsibilities
* Lead from the front and work shoulder to shoulder with your team
* Manage, recognise and reward your team whilst maximising store performance
* Identify potential to build a strong talent pipeline
* Support a positive working environment
* Own store financial contribution to drive sales and control costs
* Ensure high standards of customer service
* Maintain commercial awareness of competitors to improve performance
* Take responsibility for all store operations in the Store Manager’s absence, including cleanliness, health & safety, security, and administration
* Encourage a positive and flexible approach to daily management
