We are seeking a Construction Site Supervisor with concrete repair experience to oversee works according to contract specifications and assist management with daily project operations, maintaining quality, safety, and productivity.
Construction Site Supervisor - Duties
1. Delegating duties to site operatives
2. Representing the company at site meetings
3. Motivating, coaching, supporting, and guiding operatives
4. Supervision of subcontractors
5. Maintaining accurate site records including measurement sheets, diaries, plant and labor returns, goods received sheets, and QA records
6. Conducting toolbox talks, site inductions, and inspections
7. Raising material, plant, and PPE requisitions for hire or purchase
8. Maintaining photographic records of site activities
9. Ensuring good timekeeping and a clean, tidy site
10. Completing works to required outputs
11. Upholding professionalism, integrity, and quality in all activities
12. Contributing to health and safety compliance and procedures
13. Supporting sustainability and social value initiatives
Requirements
* Concrete repair experience (essential)
* CSCS Gold card or working towards it
* Health & Safety awareness (CITB)
* NVQ Level 3 in Occupational Work Supervision or equivalent
* First Aid at Work
* SSSTS
* SEATS (Environmental) - desirable
* Full UK driver’s license
