We are seeking a Customer Service Advisor to join ERA and explore the needs of our customers and provide solutions from our product offerings. This position is customer-focused, requiring excellent telephone and email communication skills, along with a confident and helpful manner. Full training will be provided; experience in the Hardware industry is beneficial but not necessary.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
* Deliver high-quality and effective customer service via telephone and email to Key Account customers.
* Achieve and surpass the required service targets within the team.
* Liaise with internal departments to resolve customer issues helpfully.
* Provide proactive recommendations to enhance customer experience.
* Meet KPI targets weekly and monthly.
* Handle administrative duties related to processing customer orders.
* Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the internal database.
Key Skills:
* Experience in Customer Account Management is desirable.
* Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
* Commercial awareness regarding KPIs and order values.
* Experience with IT systems such as SAGE and Salesforce.
* A positive, resilient individual with strong communication skills.
* Creative problem solver and resourceful thinker.
