We are looking for another experienced baker to join our multi-award winning team. MCB is a north Cotswold based bakery. We create handmade 'real' craft products suppling; local shops, delis and some of the Cotswold's award winning pubs, hotels and restaurants.
We have a role for another experienced Artisan Baker. Our bakery is growing and expanding due to the high demand for our sourdough loaves and other sourdough and yeasted products. Oven and table work is required. There is also an opportunity to learn or enhance your lamination skills depending on your experience, as well as to contribute your creative ideas for new dough based products.
Houly rate will be dependent on experience and skill set.
We will provide help with relocation.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Baker.
Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
