The UK Sales Manager plays a critical role in leading the growth and commercial success of the company brand across the UK. The role is responsible for developing strong customer relationships, growing market share, and driving specification-led sales across a wide variety of client types. This includes merchants, contractors, local authorities, housing associations, and OEMs.
Key Responsibilities
Customer Engagement & Sales Growth
· Build and maintain strong relationships with both new and existing customers across the designated area.
·Lead the sales team.
· Engage with multiple customer segments including housing associations, local authorities, contractors, heating engineers, regional developers, OEMs, and merchants.
· Promote the company range with a focus on system protection and efficiency, both for traditional boiler systems and renewable technologies.
Market Development
· Identify and pursue strategic new business opportunities to deliver incremental growth across all market sectors.
· Ensure consistent adoption of the company specifications throughout key customer accounts.
· Represent the business at customer events, exhibitions, and company meetings, with occasional overnight stays where required.
