Finance Graduate Programme
The Finance Graduate Scheme is a structured development programme designed to provide exposure across key finance functions. The graduate will support the Leasys UK finance team in delivering accurate, timely, and compliant financial processes.
As a Finance Graduate, you will experience 4 placements: Treasury, FP&A (Financial Planning and Analysis), Management Accounts and General, offering hands‑on experience and insight into core financial operations. During these placements you will be fully accountable for delivering results, both in day‑to‑day operational tasks and through contributing to key strategic projects.
Main responsibilities include:
Treasury
* Assisting with daily cash management and bank reconciliations.
* Supporting the administration of BACS and faster payment processes.
* Monitoring cash flow forecasts and reporting variances.
* Allocating payment elements of cash reporting associated with the bank account/general ledger.
* Managing loan tickets with HQ.
* Supporting the budgeting and forecasting processes across departments.
* Assisting in the preparation of financial models and scenario analysis.
* Contributing to performance reporting and variance analysis.
* Collaborating with business units to gather financial data and insights.
Management Accounts
* Assisting in the preparation of monthly management accounts.
* Posting journals and reconciling balance sheet accounts.
* Supporting variance analysis and commentary for monthly reporting.
General
* Participating in finance‑related projects and initiatives.
* Performing ad hoc duties as required to support the wider finance team.
* Supporting with audit queries.
Are you the one?
You have already attained, or anticipate attaining, ideally a 2:1 grade, in a finance‑related degree and will have completed your degree prior to your first day at Leasys. You should also have a minimum of Grade B or above, in Maths.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities, and be highly organised with attention to detail.
