This well-regarded firm is recruiting for a qualified solicitor to join its expanding Personal Injury team in Glasgow. The role will involve managing a varied caseload of Scottish personal injury matters, including RTA, employer liability, credit hire, and clinical negligence claims.
Applicants should ideally have a minimum of 2 years’ PQE, although newly qualified solicitors or those with litigation experience are also encouraged to apply. Candidates must have a strong understanding of Scottish personal injury litigation and be confident managing files with minimal supervision. Familiarity with Proclaim and a good understanding of credit/debt hire controls would be advantageous.
