This is an excellent opportunity for a motivated and driven individual with previous recruitment experience, ideally within the industrial and driving sectors.
Job Details
* Monday to Friday
* 08:00 17:00
* 1 hour unpaid break
* Immediate start available
* Full-time permanent position
Responsibilities
* Developing existing client accounts
* Business development and winning new clients
* Recruiting and interviewing candidates
* Filling industrial and driving vacancies
* Managing bookings, compliance, and candidate availability
* Building strong relationships with clients and workers
* Maintaining excellent customer service standards
Requirements
* Minimum 2 years recruitment experience essential
* Ideally experienced within industrial and driving recruitment
* Strong communication and organisational skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
* Confident telephone manner and sales ability
* Full UK driving licence and own vehicle advantageous
