Job Description
Veritas Careers are recruiting for an Established and Highly successful Automotive Retailer who have a requirement for a Accounts Assistant to join their busy operation in Leicestershire.

Main responsibilities will be:
* Assisting with day-to-day accounts functions
* Processing purchase and sales invoices
* Bank and account reconciliations
* Supporting motor trade accounting activities
* Assisting with property accounting, including rent, service charges and landlord accounts
* General accounts administration and reporting
* Liaising with internal departments and external suppliers where required



Requirements

* Experience in a motor-trade accounts role would be an advantage, but as our client provides peerless training and development opportunities this is not essential.
* Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Excel
* Experience using Sage 200, Landlord Vision, or similar accounting software would be an advantage
* Highly organised with good attention to detail
* Able to work independently and as part of a team

Requirements
Ideally you will have experience of working within the finance department of a busy retail franchise Automotive business be used to working as a team and enjoy a challenging and varied environment.
