Position: Paraplanner

Salary: A GBP 35,000 - GBP 40,000 per annum, dependent on skills and experience.

Location: Aylesbury, HP20 - office based.

Employment Type: Full Time.

Candidate Profile

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Paraplanner eager to develop their career and contribute to our growth. The ideal candidate is comfortable working independently and as part of a team, playing a key role in delivering exceptional service to clients.


Essential Experience & Attributes

* Level 4 qualified
* Experience working with high-net-worth clients, demonstrating empathy and compassion, especially with vulnerable individuals
* Experience using proprietary industry software for analysis and forecasting, along with proficiency in Microsoft Office
* Strong organizational and administrative skills
* Highly numerate and literate, with excellent attention to detail
* Proactive with the ability to use initiative


Key Responsibilities

* Oversee workflow within the team to ensure smooth and timely delivery of client services
* Develop and maintain understanding of company advice standards and procedures
* Arrange appointments and liaise with providers to ensure reports and recommendations are completed on schedule
* Conduct fund and transfer analysis
* Contribute to ad hoc projects and tasks as required
* Support and facilitate the ongoing growth of the company
