Asour business looks to deliver its ambitious strategy of growth, we are lookingfor an Assistant Company Secretary to join our team at Cowick to support the DeputyCompany Secretary and Company Secretary across a broad range of governanceactivities, including leading the administration of the Company’s share plans,Board and Committee support, Annual Report, AGM and regulatory compliance. The role will play a critical part in the effectivedelivery of the annual corporate cycle and to drive the continual improvementof governance systems and processes, leveraging digital tools and emergingtechnologies.

* Relevant professional qualification such as qualified member of the Chartered Governance Institute, lawyer or accountant.
* Proven experience as an Assistant Company Secretary or Company Secretarial Assistant within a PLC environment, ideally operating on a global basis.
* Demonstrable experience of share plan administration in a global environment.
* Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills with the enthusiasm and confidence to deal with senior leadership.
* Strong organisational skills with ability to work under pressure and prioritise competing demands.
* Collaborative, curious and solutions focused.
* Tech savvy with an interest in using technology and AI to improve processes.
What You’ll Be Doing
Be part ofa team that values diversity, sustainability, and continuous innovation, whereyour ideas and contributions matter.
* Leading the administration and annual cycle of the Company’s share plans
* Act as Secretary to a selected Board Committee and provide support for Board and Committee meetings
* Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements, including UK listing rules and MAR
* Support the delivery of the Annual Report and the AGM
