What You'll Be Doing You will: Lead whole-class teaching during PPA, leadership time, or teacher absenceDeliver targeted small-group and one-to-one interventionsPrepare and adapt engaging learning materials to maintain seamless continuityHelp pupils grow in independence, confidence, and self-esteemSupport with monitoring and recording pupil progressWork closely with pupils with SEND, following IEPs/EHCPs and tailored interventionsPromote a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environmentBuild strong relationships across staff, pupils, and families ?
