Hours: 40 hours per week, operating on a rotating shift pattern of 6:00am-2:00pm or 2:00pm-10:00pm.
Location: Warren Way, Crown Farm Industrial Estate, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire, NG19 0FL.

What you’ll be doing
* Overseeing the safe and efficient operation of all MRF plant equipment, including mobile plant
* Providing line management for all facility personnel, including work assignment, supervision and on‑the‑job training
* Ensuring materials are processed to achieve maximum throughput and drive continuous improvement
* Maintaining full compliance with Quality, Environmental and Health & Safety management systems
* Enforcing and monitoring safety rules and practices for employees, contractors and visitors
* Controlling tipping hall activities for incoming loads and overseeing loading activities in line with procedures
* Conducting regular inspections and reporting deficiencies, hazards and malfunctions
* Producing accurate production data reports in line with deadlines
* Supporting management during customer and regulatory audits
* Liaising with facilities managers to maintain day‑to‑day operations
* Responding to plant emergencies and reporting incidents per procedures
What we’re looking for
* Experience in a similar supervisory role
* Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques in a fast paced environment
* Experience managing 40+ people daily
* Yellow plant licence – Loading shovel and Fork Lift Truck
* Experience in the waste management and treatment industry (desirable)
* Flexible, adaptable, with common sense and a focused work attitude
* Excellent verbal, written and IT communication skills
* 4 Day IOSH certificate
* First Aid Certificate
* COTC Level 4 TMNH or working towards
