As an Early Years Educator, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality care and education, ensuring every child feels safe, valued, and inspired to learn.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and deliver engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework
Observe, assess, and support childrens development
Provide high standards of care, including personal care where required
Identify learning opportunities within everyday routines
Build strong relationships with children and their families
Work collaboratively as part of a supportive team
Maintain high standards of safeguarding, health, and wellbeing
Requirements
Level 3 Early Years qualification
Experience working across all Early Years age groups
Good understanding of the EYFS framework (desirable)
Strong communication and teamwork skills
A genuine passion for child development and care
