Job Description Summary (Main Duties And Responsibilities)
1. Participate in providing stock and non-stock items to wards and departments, including topping up and medicines management duties.
2. Support the use of ward automation systems for stock control at ward level.
3. Ensure accurate and timely data entry into pharmacy computer systems.
4. Process medicines orders in accordance with site licensing and SOPs.
5. Manage stock duties across the pharmacy, including receipt of goods, transfers, stock counts, rotation, and investigating discrepancies.
6. Undertake relevant training as required.
