As our business continues to grow, we are looking for reliable and professional HGV Class 2 Drivers to join our transport team. The Role Start times typically vary between 2:00am and 6:00am, depending on routes and delivery schedules. You will be responsible for operating company vehicles safely and professionally while delivering excellent customer service. Key duties include: Delivering flat-pack cabins and garden buildings nationwide Delivering shed panels and timber products, including some handballing Shunting stock and timber between company sites Securing loads using straps, ratchets and ropes Completing daily vehicle checks and defect reporting Maintaining all transport documentation and delivery paperwork Providing excellent customer service at both residential and trade deliveries Meeting delivery schedules and communicating any delays promptly Assisting with loading and unloading when required Ensuring health and safety remains a priority at all times What We Are Looking For Valid HGV Class 2 (Category C) licence Valid CPC and Digital Tachograph Card Minimum 1 year of nationwide driving experience preferred Experience securing loads using straps and ratchets Strong customer service and communication skills Reliable, professional and safety-focused approach HIAB qualification advantageous but not essential What We Offer Guaranteed 40 hours per week Overtime opportunities available Annual bonus scheme Overnight allowance for nights away Workwear provided 20 days holiday plus bank holidays Additional holiday entitlement with length of service Holiday Purchase Scheme (buy up to 5 additional days) Employee Assistance Programme for you and your dependants Cycle to Work Scheme Discounted Costco membership On-site canteen and facilities Internal reward and recognition programme If you are an experienced Class 2 Driver looking to join a growing and well-established manufacturing business, we would love to hear from you.
