Qualifications
Must hold a driving licence for more than a year. Infrequent travel to other Motorpoint locations may be necessary.
Key Responsibilities
* Daily review of KPIs and action plans
* Daily team brief
* Customer record and sales lead management
* Second face customers – add value or resolve issues
* Weekly 1‑1s with team members
* Daily, weekly and monthly reporting on trends and identifying areas for improvement
* Weekly meetings with key stakeholders across the business
* Resource management and planning, including annual leave and rotas
* Team recognition
* Boosting your team's social media presence
* Developing and implementing longer‑term people and performance strategy
* Organising regular team socials
* Taking responsibility for the running of the store in the absence of the General Sales Manager
