As our HR Operations Administrator, you’ll play a huge role in ensuring our people receive exceptional service throughout their time with us.
🔎 What you’ll be doing
You’ll be a key member of our Leeds‑based HR Operations team, responsible for delivering first‑class administration and first‑line HR support. Your day‑to‑day will include:
✨ Owning the employee lifecycle
* Managing new starter, leaver, and employee change processes
* Ensuring every interaction is a positive experience from beginning to end
✨ Being the go‑to HR contact
* Handling queries on policies, processes, and HR issues within SLA
* Working collaboratively with HR Business Partners, Payroll, and Talent Acquisition
✨ Keeping us compliant and running smoothly
* Maintaining accurate people data and supporting GDPR compliance
* Providing high‑quality admin support for HR projects, business change, and cyclical events (pay review, bonuses, engagement surveys)
✨ Supporting wider HR transformation
* Playing an active role in our HRIS transformation programme
* Identifying opportunities for process improvement using HR MI and insights

You’ll thrive in this role if you are:
* Exceptionally organised, with strong attention to detail
* Experienced in a customer‑focused, fast‑paced environment
* Skilled in HR admin, data entry and using HR systems (Cascade experience a bonus)
* Confident handling confidential information
* Able to flex your communication style for different audiences
* Comfortable working independently and taking initiative
* Analytical and curious — experience with MI reporting is a plus
* Passionate about delivering a first-class HR service

* Knowledge of HR policies, procedures and basic employment law
* Strong Microsoft Office skills (especially Excel)
