The Job
Working in their aftersales department as an Assistant Service Manager you will be a key part of the Retail Centre. You will have excellent communication and organisational skills to deal with customers face to face or over the phone, providing an outstanding customer service to all customers. The business is looking for someone who is driven, ambitious and keen to develop their career. You may have service advisor or supervisory experience, and looking for your next career move.
Responsibilities
* Assist the Service Manager to lead, manage and motivate a team of automotive professionals, ensuring the dealership is adequately resourced
* Help with the drive a high-performance culture, ensuring performance is rewarded and underperformance is managed
* Oversee the service division, managing resource levels and productivity accurately assist with the dealership reporting, in line with group reporting frameworks
* Support the dealership to consistently achieve high level of customer satisfaction
On Offer
Basic Salary - £35,000 per annum, OTE between £41,000 and £66,000.
Hours of work – 45 per week, with 1 in 5 Saturdays.

* Experience within the automotive industry is essential.
* Excellent organisation skills, with experience in high-level reporting.
* Experience working in an agile environment, where you have responded quickly to changing business needs.
* An open and approachable leadership style, with experience in leading, motivating, and coaching managers.
