11 hours Night shifts, working over 7 nights on a rolling rota basis
Previous nursing home experience essential. Skills required include PCS system, medication management, strong leadership, and an excellent understanding of dementia and complex care.
Other skills required:
We look for strong clinical decision-making, leadership, and care planning skills.
Experience with syringe drivers, catheterisation, bloods, PEG feeds, stoma care, and a good understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and Deprivation of Liberty safeguards.

Key responsibilities include:
1. Medication administration and care planning
2. Providing physical, emotional, and spiritual support to residents
3. Ensuring safeguarding principles are maintained
4. Taking responsibility as Nurse in Charge
5. Team management and shift planning
6. Infection prevention and control
7. Liaising with GPs and multidisciplinary teams
8. Upholding clinical governance standards
About you:
We seek compassionate, dedicated nurses committed to enhancing residents' quality of life. Strong communication skills and attention to detail are essential. We support both newly qualified and experienced nurses through tailored training and development.
Essential requirements:
* A recognized nursing qualification by the UK NMC
* Valid UK NMC PIN and registration as an RGN, RNLD, or RMN
* Ability to assist residents with mobility and perform physical tasks
Additional skills:
* Strong clinical decision-making and leadership
