At Kingscliff, we’re looking for a Hotel Receptionist with a positive and calm outlook, a friendly approach, a great communicator, with strong attention to detail and a desire to provide exceptional customer service to guests.
To succeed as our Hotel Receptionist you would ideally have previous experience working within a hotel reception and knowledge of hotel reservations systems. You should also have good natural sales ability, an approachable manner, and knowledge of the MS Office suite.
Hotel Receptionist responsibilities include:
* taking reservations,
* dealing with guests’ enquiries and assistance,
* check-ins and check-outs,
* taking payments, including digital vouchers,
* answering calls and emails and ensuring a high level of customer service at all times.
