Your responsibilities will include:Keeping facilities clean, tidy and well-presentedCarrying out basic maintenance and reporting repairsGreeting guests and assisting with bookingsResponding to enquiries and resolving any issuesSupporting the day-to-day running of a small snack van, serving teas, coffees and ice creamsCreating a warm, welcoming atmosphere for all visitorsThe National Trust has the motto ‘For everyone, for ever’ at its heart. From welcoming guests to maintaining the site, and keeping our facilities clean and presentable, you’ll play a key part in making sure every visitor has a comfortable, enjoyable and memorable stay.Salary: £13.25 per hourContract: Fixed term contract until 12-Sep-2026Hours: Seasonal, flexible, weekends. This is a zero-hour contract, meaning we can’t guarantee a set number of hours each week. While we aim to provide a consistent work pattern, flexibility is needed as schedules may change based on business needs. We’ll try to give as much notice as possible.
