The Role
* Support the Head of Year in delivering outstanding pastoral care and behaviour management
* Be a key point of contact for students, parents, and external agencies
* Help lead on attendance, wellbeing, student voice, and safeguarding within your year group
* Build strong, trusting relationships with students and act as a positive role model
* Support restorative approaches and work closely with curriculum and SEND teams to ensure barriers to learning are addressed

* Have a genuine passion for working with young people and understand the importance of pastoral care
* Can manage and motivate students effectively, using a calm, consistent, and solution‑focused approach
* Demonstrate resilience, empathy, and excellent interpersonal skills
* Are able to work collaboratively with a wide range of stakeholders
* Have excellent organisational skills and the ability to prioritise and multitask
* Are aligned with the Oasis ethos and values of inclusion, compassion, and ambition
