We require a resilient Team Leader / Senior Support worker in our solo hoe. This is Solo service, the ideal candidate will work alongside our management team and MUST hold a Level 3 Diploma in Children Residential Services, as well as a minimum of 18 months, experience working in a Children's Ofsted Residential setting. A driving licence in advantageous, but not essential. Level 4 Diploma in Children`s Residential Services must be enrolled onto once employment has began, if not working towards.
NB - This job requires experience in Children's Residential Care.
This is a Full-time job role, the shift pattern is 2 shift on, then 3 shifts off. We offer competitive rates of pay, and our sleep in rates is £60 per night
Pay Structure:
* Level 3 Diploma in Children`s Residential - £14.50 per hour.
* Level 4 Diploma - £15.00 per hour.

Duties include:
* Taking point on shift and leading by example.
* Delegating duties fairly amongst staff.
* Training up new members of staff.
* Participating in on-call rota and taking out of hours calls when required.
* Ensuring daily reports, health and safety checks and care plans are completed and up to date.
* Assisting with the support and ensuring the Child or Young Person's needs are always met.
* Working in partnership with Deputy Manager.
* Assisting with supervisions and appraisals.
