The Role
As an Optical Advisor, you will be a key part of the front‑of‑house team, supporting patients throughout their journey and ensuring a high standard of service at every touchpoint.
You will be involved in dispensing support, frame styling, customer care and day‑to‑day practice operations, helping to maintain the practice's reputation for delivering an exceptional patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
* Providing outstanding customer service to all patients
* Supporting frame selection and eyewear styling
* Managing appointments and patient enquiries
* Assisting with spectacle collections and adjustments
* Supporting the smooth day‑to‑day running of the practice
* Working closely with the clinical and dispensing teams
Candidate Requirements
* Previous experience in an optical environment preferred
* Passion for delivering exceptional customer care
* Confident communicator with a friendly and professional approach
* Team‑oriented, reliable and motivated
* Willingness to learn and develop within the optical sector
* Strong organisational and interpersonal skills
