Position
Part‑time Sales Advisor – 8 hour temporary contract, based in our Sidmouth shop.
Responsibilities
* Deliver an exceptional customer experience and demonstrate a thorough knowledge of the Seasalt brand, products, design inspiration and services.
* Recommend additional services and solutions to customers to drive sales and gather customer data.
* Help boost sales across channels by introducing customers to our website, using it as a selling tool, and supporting the processing of online orders.
* Act as the first point of resolution for any customer issues or feedback and proactively seek solutions for the benefit of the customer.
* Support the Store Manager and team to drive store sales, profitability and consistent KPI achievement.
* Assist with implementing store visual merchandising, window standards and guidelines, and utilise product, category and bestseller information to maximise commercial opportunities within the store.
* Maintain a flexible work approach and perform operational tasks including stock management, loss prevention, health and safety, and store safety standards.
Skills & Qualifications
High standards of customer service, enthusiasm and energy, excellent communication, adaptability, resilience, and the confidence to work independently are essential for this role.
