You will be based at one of our Scotland or Northern Ireland Offices and you should expect travel to various CGI Offices across the UK as required.
Your future duties and responsibilities:
In this role, you will lead CGI’s Government and Health business across Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Ireland, taking ownership of strategy, growth, and delivery excellence. You will act as a trusted advisor to senior government and healthcare leaders, shaping digital transformation agendas and ensuring CGI is positioned as a partner of choice.
You will build and inspire high-performing teams, drive sustainable growth, and ensure the delivery of measurable outcomes for clients and communities. By fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability, you will ensure CGI’s solutions have a lasting impact on the way public services are delivered.
Key responsibilities include:
•Lead & Shape the strategic growth agenda for CGI’s Government & Health sector in Scotland, Northern Ireland, and Ireland.
•Engage & Influence senior stakeholders across government and healthcare, building trusted partnerships.
•Deliver & Govern high-value engagements, ensuring client satisfaction, delivery excellence, and compliance.
•Drive & Grow revenue, profitability, and market share, with full P&L accountability.
•Inspire & Develop diverse, high-performing teams, fostering innovation and long-term career growth.
•Promote & Champion continuous improvement, regulatory compliance, and diversity and inclusion.
Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
To succeed in this position, you should bring extensive executive-level experience in consulting or IT services, with proven success in government and healthcare sectors. You’ll need strong commercial acumen, exceptional relationship-building skills, and the ability to inspire and lead diverse teams while delivering measurable results.

•Proven track record in business growth and P&L management.
•Strong credibility with senior stakeholders, including government ministers and healthcare leaders.

•Excellent communication, negotiation, and strategic influencing skills.
