Job Description
Job Purpose:
As an apprentice you will earn and learn on the job from experienced colleagues to gain job specific skills. This apprenticeship will include studying at the
Cheshire College South & West
and on-the-job training at our site in Bromborough, As a successful global company, we offer excellent career opportunities for people with the ability to drive and deliver our growth strategy.
As you work your way through the apprenticeship you will be under the guidance of our experienced Maintenance Team who will support you to become a proficient maintenance professional. You will gain hands on experience in responding to breakdowns, installation of new machinery, repairing existing fixtures and many more attributes.

Future Prospects Of This Apprenticeship
* Aerospace maintenance requires specialised knowledge in aircraft systems, avionics, and mechanical repairs, making apprentices highly valuable.
* Develop skills specific to the Composites industry, which can be practiced and applied straight away
* Completing an apprenticeship can lead to roles such as aircraft technician, engineer, or even management positions.

Qualifications
Four GCSEs at grade 4 or above; including Maths & English (required)
