LEM Supervisor (Cage Repair)
We are recruiting for a LEM Supervisor (Cage Repair) to join our equipment management operation at the Tesco RRU site in Goole. This operation focuses on recycling and reuse, ensuring equipment management and repair support to the customer and their distribution operations. You will be responsible for effectively managing the cage repair area, ensuring adherence to all company and legal requirements.
This is a full-time, permanent position, working a 4 on 4 off shift pattern from 06:00 to 18:00.

Responsibilities
* Support the shift and site manager with employment relations hearings, in line with company policy, procedures and national union agreements
* Ensure that all equipment is operational and maintained in line with company Health and Safety Guidelines
* Promote harmonious and effective working relationships and enhance morale, both internally and externally, ensuring excellent customer service
* Monitor levels of consumables and carry out monthly stock checks
Qualifications
* Ability to multi‑task and work effectively under pressure
* Effective management and resolve conflict situations when required
* Previous experience using a MIG/TIG welder is desirable but not essential, as training will be provided
