Job Summary
As a Business Development Manager, you will be instrumental in driving company growth by identifying new opportunities, generating and converting leads, and nurturing existing relationships to increase overall turnover. Working closely with the Sales manager to lead and motivate the sales team to achieve ambitious targets. This role suits an enthusiastic, results-driven individual with strong communication skills and a proactive approach.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth.
* Generate and convert leads across various channels.
* Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
* Complete and submit Tenders/Contract Bids.
* Conduct face-to-face and remote meetings to develop customer loyalty.
* Utilise the Xapsys CRM system to track sales activity and manage pipelines.
* Analyse CRM data to inform strategy and measure team performance.
* Lead, develop, and motivate the sales team to achieve targets.
* Conduct cold and warm calling to generate new business.
* Represent the company at exhibitions and industry events.
