Part-Time Project Administrator (22.5 Hours per week)
Permanent | £18,000 actual salary (£30,000 FTE)
Location: Remote with regular travel & Initial onboarding in Birmingham City Centre
We're seeking a highly organised and proactive Project Administrator to join our client's team on a part-time job share basis. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth coordination and administration of technical service delivery across a range of projects.
You'll work closely with our Project and Accounts Executive to support services across various business streams within a technology organisation. While you don't need a technical background, an eagerness to understand the work and attention to detail are essential.
* Working Hours:
Option 1: 3 full days per week (9:00am-5:30pm with a 30-minute lunch break)
Option 2: Monday to Friday with condensed/flexible hours
* Initial Onboarding: 2 weeks (in-person) at Birmingham City Centre offices
* Location: Primarily remote, with regular travel required (e.g. for meetings, training or occasional on-site coordination)
Key Responsibilities
* Coordinate and support the delivery of client projects
* Maintain project timelines, schedule meetings, and track progress
* Liaise with clients to confirm project details and provide regular updates
* Prepare project documentation and support quality delivery
* Share responsibility for managing quotes, invoices, and payments
* Collaborate with colleagues to uphold internal processes and flag issues proactively
