What you’ll be doing

Key Responsibilities

1. Develop and manage end-to-end project plans to ensure timely and effective delivery of all workstreams across multiple UK regions.
2. Build and maintain strong relationships with third-party delivery partners to ensure successful execution of programme activities.
3. Manage approximately £375,000 annually (half of the total £750k budget), ensuring effective allocation and financial oversight.
4. Monitor and report on programme progress and impact, including quarterly customer reports, partner reviews, and contributions to the annual impact report.
5. Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance programme efficiency and outcomes.
6. Collaborate with internal teams—including volunteering, CFU, and communications leads—to promote colleague engagement in programme delivery.
7. Work closely with the Social Impact Stakeholder Manager, providing support and cover as needed.

In this role you will perform a number of duties and will require the following:

Skills

8. Strong project management skills, with the ability to plan, execute, and monitor complex programmes.
9. Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship-building abilities, both internally and externally.
10. Effective problem-solving skills, with a focus on simplifying and streamlining complex processes.
11. Strong written and verbal communication skills.
12. Proficient in collecting, analysing, and presenting data to explain complex concepts and support decision-making.

Experience

13. Proven track record of planning and delivering complex projects end-to-end, using collaborative digital tools to monitor progress.
14. Experience resolving stakeholder challenges through needs analysis and collaborative solution development.
15. Demonstrated ability to work within matrix project teams, managing multiple stakeholders to meet tight deadlines and deliver high-quality outcomes.
16. Experience using creative communication strategies to engage target audiences, particularly in volunteering or community initiatives.
17. Ability to build high-trust relationships that support brand reputation and responsible business goals.
18. Experience in owning and managing budgets effectively.
