Hours: MondayFriday, 8:30am5:30pm Occasional Saturday mornings 9am-1pm

Ipswich based manufacturer and distributor of engineering components are seeking an experienced Internal Sales Coordinator to join their friendly team, If you love helping customers and keeping things running smoothly, this role is right up your street. Youll be the first point of contact for our growing customer base, handling incoming enquiries, turning them into orders, and keeping everything moving behind the scenes. Think of yourself as the friendly link between our customers and the rest of the team, making sure quotes, orders, and updates are spot on and sent out on time.
What Youll Be Doing
1. Chatting with customers every day via phone, email, and web, answering questions and processing orders accurately (and with a smile!).
2. Keeping an eye on scheduled orders and consignment stock, and working with purchasing to make sure weve always got what customers need.
