Join our dynamic finance team as an Accounts Payable Administrator, where you’ll play a key role in delivering accurate and timely payment services for suppliers and staff. This is an opportunity to work in a collaborative environment, ensuring compliance and efficiency across our processes while supporting the wider business.What you'll be doing:
1. Processing supplier invoices and credit notes within Oracle, ensuring accuracy and compliance
2. Managing supplier setups and amendments for UK and international entities following strict procedures
3. Running and analysing reports using Hubble to monitor invoices and expense claims
4. Ensuring daily payment runs and international transfers are completed accurately and on time
5. Reviewing and approving staff expense claims in line with policy and resolving discrepancies
6. Handling internal and external queries promptly and professionally via email and phone
7. Maintaining up-to-date documentation and procedure notes for all Accounts Payable processes
8. Supporting ad-hoc projects and audits as required by the Cash Management & Accounts Payable Manager
QualificationsWho we're looking for:
9. Experience in administrative processing within a busy environment
10. Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accuracy under pressure
11. Proficiency in Microsoft Word and Excel
12. Knowledge of Oracle or similar Accounts Payable systems (desirable)
13. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines
14. Strong communication skills for effective interaction with internal and external stakeholders
15. Problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to resolving issues
16. Commitment to maintaining compliance with internal policies and external regulations
