Corbus Is seeking a Senior Contract Business Support Leader to be responsible for leading and managing the efforts performed by the Contract Business Support Analysts as well as providing significant individual contributions supporting the programs. This includes training, direct customer interface and managing contract business support activities for logistics service contracts for both US Military and International customers. Duties include but are not limited to:

* Perform Team Leader role to manage the business support activities for military pricing proposals as directed by program managers. Provide guidance for cost analysis of engineering, manufacturing, material, repair, and other operating costs.
* Prepare cost data, including the necessary rational to support military proposals for logistics infrastructure type activities, repairs, hardware requirements and other operating costs.
* Provide controllership and financial guidance to cost analysts on contracts.
* Develop cost budgets/forecasts with Program Managers for Contract Margin Reviews (annual and interim) as well as proposals (initial and certification).
* Design and develop model for monthly shop cost metrics comparing actual costs versus forecast highlighting specific variance drivers requiring deeper analysis.
* Design and develop model for monthly Material comparison reports to monitor activity, identify trends and highlight specific driver variations.
* Develop, update and maintain models utilized to forecast all Contract Margin Reviews.
* Support the department’s monthly sales/contribution margin (CMR) reviews for assigned military contracts. Assist in the validation of CMR projections by contract.
* Establish and confirm appropriate pricing levels for all Work Authorizations (WA) for all internal and purchased service support functions for each contract.
* Oversee Work Authorizations (WA) in support of internal and purchased service requirements for each contract.
* Develop and monitor purchased services billing analysis reports.
* Manage outside vendor repair costs for dozens of parts and thousands of transactions with multiple suppliers.
* Validate actual repair charges, both dollars and quantities, to ensure conformance with vendor quotes, purchase order prices, and correct contract assignment.
* Pursue repair billing inconsistencies with vendors, internal sourcing, engineering, logistics and finance.
* Knowledge of international financial reporting. Understanding of currency conversion and cost data.
* Perform team leader role to:
* Provide support for actual cost data required to issue annual Cost and Software Data Reports.
* Review cost data for accuracy, reasonability, and completeness in accordance with US Government procurement policies and regulations.
* Participate, as required, in both internal and customer meetings, and prepare and distribute minutes and actions items resulting from such meetings as required.
Requirements:
* Proficiency in MS Office Suite Applications which must include extensive Excel experience.
* Financial analysis and data manipulation experience is crucial. Experience in forecasting, planning, modeling, database management, and ensuring data integrity of multiple types of costs and rates is required.
* Knowledge of US Government procurement policies and government accounting. Experience in US Government military proposal practices.
* Must have experience working in a Project Organization and interacting with other company organizations, such as, Finance, Contracts, Technical Publications, Engineering, Manufacturing, IT, Digital, FSR, and Sourcing. Must also have experience working with external repair shops and government agencies and purchased service suppliers.
* Must have expertise in generating and creating accurate reporting as new systems are implemented. Requires parallel testing experience to ensure accurate data.
