We're partnering with a forward-thinking creative agency on the hunt for a Creative Lead — a strategic brain with hands-on brilliance.
This is not a "creative director from the balcony" role.
This is for someone who sets the vision, sells the dream, defends the work — and then gets stuck in to make it exceptional. If you love shaping brave ideas and turning them into campaigns that actually move the commercial needle, keep reading.

The Gig
You'll own the creative output end-to-end — from brand platforms and integrated campaigns to content ecosystems and activation.
You'll turn business ambition into creative firepower.
You'll work shoulder-to-shoulder with leadership, strategy and client teams to create work that's culturally sharp, commercially smart, and impossible to ignore.

What You'll Actually Be Doing - Build Ideas That Travel
Lead integrated campaigns from first spark to full-scale launch.
Create platform-level thinking rooted in insight, not vibes.
Turn strategy into bold, execution-ready concepts.
Present work with confidence, clarity, and commercial logic.
Connect creativity directly to measurable business outcomes.

Shape Brands That Matter
Drive brand evolution and visual identity across key accounts.
Own creative governance and consistency across every touchpoint.
Oversee high-craft output across digital, social, print, motion, and experiential.
Push innovation — AI-led design, interactive formats, video-first storytelling.

Make the Studio Hum
Design workflows that are efficient, scalable, and quality-obsessed.
Partner with production and account teams to scope smartly and deliver brilliantly.
Protect craft from concept to final file.

Lead From the Front
Inspire and mentor a multidisciplinary creative team.
Raise the bar. Then raise it again.
Foster collaboration across strategy, PR, social, production and client services.
Represent creative at senior client level with authority and commercial fluency.

What We're Looking For
5+ years in a creative leadership role (agency or in-house).
A portfolio that proves you don't just decorate — you solve.
Campaign thinking across paid, owned and earned channels.
Strong hands-on art direction and/or copy credentials.
Advanced Adobe Creative Cloud skills (motion/video a big plus).
Experience with AI tools like Firefly, Midjourney or similar.
A confident presenter who can hold a room.
Deep understanding of brand systems and multi-channel execution.
A commercially aware creative — you love brave work, but you understand margins.
