Hearing Dogs for Deaf People – Partnership Account Manager (Payroll Giving)
Location: Options for role to be site-based (Buckinghamshire or East Yorkshire), hybrid or home-based contract with regular UK travel for partner meetings and events.
Salary: £50,000 per annum.
Contract: Permanent, full-time hours.
Responsibilities
* Manage and grow a portfolio of corporate partners, with a specific focus on increasing income through employee engagement and payroll giving schemes.
* Lead nurturement of existing partnerships and develop new ones, ensuring each partnership is maximised and aligned with Hearing Dogs’ mission and fundraising goals.
* Deliver engaging campaigns, employee fundraising, volunteering opportunities and impactful communications that raise income and awareness for the charity.
* Demonstrate excellent stewardship, creativity and commercial awareness; manage strong relationship management and communications with partners.
* Identify and maximise corporate support opportunities, including financial and in-kind contributions.
* Experience with charity-of-the-year partnerships or employee fundraising programmes is essential.
Qualifications
* Background in corporate fundraising is essential.
* Ability to identify and maximise corporate support opportunities, including financial and in-kind contributions.
* Experience in managing charity-of-the-year partnerships or employee fundraising programmes.
* Excellent stewardship, creativity, and commercial awareness with strong relationship management and communication skills.
