Job Description
* Lead, inspire, collaborate, and support your direct reports to deliver consistently exceptional standards
* Build positive, credible, and collaborative relationships & communication methods with clients and other key stakeholders in the business
* Continuously develop your team through mentoring, training, recognition, and empowerment
* Create a culture of excellence within your team, continually striving to push the boundaries of brilliance through natural caring service, high food standards, and innovation
* Achieve business-critical KPIs including Health and Safety, Sustainability, Financial, and Governance
Qualifications
* Previous experience in events, hospitality, or high-end dining
* Background in contract catering or hotel/events hospitality
* A passion for food and customer service
* Enjoy managing, training, and supporting a team
* Financially savvy, analytical, and capable of creating and maintaining budgets while driving performance
* Excellent delegation and influencing skills
* Ability to prioritize multiple projects in a fast-paced, creative environment and work well under pressure
* Meticulous organizational skills with high attention to detail
* Effective verbal and written communication skills
* Solution-oriented approach to challenges and opportunities
* Strong strategic thinking and critical reasoning skills
