About the Role
As PR, Events and Partnerships Executive at Skin Cupid, you will own how our brand shows up in the world beyond our owned digital channels. This is a broad, brand-building role covering earned media, influencer, physical events, visual merchandising, brand collaborations, creator and community partnerships, and affiliate marketing.
Reporting directly to the Marketing Director, this role is for someone who thrives with real ownership and a varied workload. Year one priorities are PR, influencer and physical event presence — with partnerships and affiliates growing from there as the business scales.
Key Responsibilities
PR and Influencer
* Brief and manage the PR agency across seasonal story angles, media pitching and coverage tracking.
* Own the influencer programme end-to-end: identify, brief, gift, track and report on macro and micro partnerships.
* Write and issue press releases, product pitches and brand announcements.
* Report monthly on press coverage by volume, tier and estimated media value.
Events and Physical VMD
* Plan and execute Skin Cupid events, including brand launch parties, press days, brand partner activations and community events.
* Own physical visual merchandising at all events, pop-ups and retail appearances — brief the design team on assets and oversee on-the-day brand presentation.
* Ensure Skin Cupid is presented consistently and distinctively in every physical space.
Brand Collaborations and Creator Partnerships
* Identify and develop brand collaborations with non-competing external brands, including co-branded gifting, limited edition partnerships and community activations.
* Own creator and community partnerships beyond the core influencer programme, including emerging creators, brand ambassadors and community-led accounts.
* Manage the Skin Cupid affiliate programme: recruit affiliates, manage the network, set commission structures in coordination with the Marketing Manager and report monthly on performance.
What We’re Looking For
* Experience across at least two of the core areas of this role — PR, events or partnerships — with a track record of doing them properly, not just touching them.
* A genuine love of beauty, with knowledge of or interest in K-beauty and Asian skincare.
* An existing network of press and influencer contacts in the beauty space is a strong advantage.
* Strong written communication skills, you're comfortable writing a press release and a campaign brief in the same week.
* Highly organised, calm under pressure and confident managing multiple workstreams at once.
* Proactive and creative, with a sharp eye for brand consistency.
Must be eligible to work in the United Kingdom.
