The Best Connection is currently recruiting for an Assembly Operative on behalf of our client based in Smethwick. This is a fantastic opportunity for a reliable and motivated individual with assembly or manufacturing experience to join a supportive and fast-paced team.

Pay Rate
£12.70 per hour
Working Hours
Monday - Thursday: 07:15 - 16:05
Friday: 07:15 - 12:05
(Early finish every Friday!)

Key Responsibilities
* Operating machinery to assemble bicycle components, including saddles
* Sanding, polishing, finishing, and riveting parts
* Packing finished products ready for dispatch
* Supporting the team with additional duties as required by the supervisor

✅ Candidate Requirements
* Previous assembly or manufacturing experience
* Ability to work independently and manage workload effectively
* Reliable with excellent attendance and punctuality
* Good communication skills
* Comfortable using machinery and hand tools
* Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
