Salary: £14.50 - £15.00 +*_Plus Overtime (+£2 per hour) & £40 sleep in rate

Requirements
Proven experience in an Ofsted-regulated childrens home
Level 3 Diploma in Residential Childcare (or equivalent)
Level 5 qualification desirable, or willingness to work towards it
Confident leader with sound knowledge of safeguarding and regulatory frameworks
Resilient, supportive, and passionate about achieving positive outcomes for young people
