Role: Mental Health Support Worker
Pay: Up to £19.99 per hour
Shifts: Monday - Sunday 2:1 - 08:00 - 20:00 | Waking nights - 20:00 - 08:00
Location: St Austell
In this role, you will provide vital support to children or adults experiencing mental health challenges, helping them navigate daily life with dignity and independence. This care package requires experience of managing those with challenging behaviour and needing mental health support | 2:1 staff | female only.
Responsibilities
* Personal care and support. Assisting with daily tasks to ensure comfort and well-being.
* Challenging behaviour support. Responding with empathy and professionalism.
* Crisis intervention. Providing support during difficult moments.
* Promoting independence. Building confidence and life skills.
* Medication support. Ensuring safe and timely administration.
* Specialist clinical care. Addressing complex needs with expertise and compassion.

Requirements
* A minimum of 6 months of professional care experience or experience caring for a loved one in the UK.
* The ability to assist clients with limited mobility.
* The right to work in the UK.
* A valid driver\'s licence and reliable access to a vehicle.
