Job Description
The Reward Advisor will:
3. Support the design, implementation, and management of reward and benefits schemes.
4. Conduct regular benchmarking to ensure competitive pay structures.
5. Provide advice and guidance to managers on compensation matters.
6. Analyse data to monitor the effectiveness of existing reward programmes.
7. Collaborate with external providers to manage benefits offerings.
8. Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and company policies.
9. Prepare reports and presentations for senior management on reward strategies.
10. Support annual salary reviews and bonus processes.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Reward Advisor should have:
11. Proven experience in a similar role within Human Resources.
12. Knowledge of reward, compensation, and benefits management.
13. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills.
14. Proficiency in HR systems (ideally SuccessFactors) and Microsoft Excel.
15. Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
