Bury St Edmunds OR West Midlands (Hybrid) Sector: Major hospitality client About the role We're looking for an experienced Portfolio Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of a complex, multi-stream IT and supply chain transformation portfolio. This is an exciting opportunity to shape change across a large-scale organisation, working closely with senior stakeholders and programme teams to deliver measurable benefits. Key Responsibilities Oversee the delivery of a diverse IT/supply chain portfolio, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives. Lead governance processes, capacity planning, budgeting, and executive reporting across all programmes. Develop and execute change and communication strategies to enable successful rollouts. Act as the key interface between programme leads, technology teams, and operational stakeholders. Manage portfolio-level risks, issues, and track benefits realisation. Must-Have Experience Proven experience in a Portfolio Manager role overseeing large, complex transformation portfolios. Hands-on delivery of large-scale transformation programmes. Strong skills in financial forecasting, stakeholder engagement, and governance. Working knowledge of systems implementations such as WMS, TMS, Finance, or HR platforms. High proficiency with Microsoft Office tools and familiarity with project delivery frameworks. Ideal Candidate Profile Background in portfolio leadership roles within logistics, retail, or FMCG. Able to think strategically while also getting hands-on to drive delivery. Strong financial acumen, excellent stakeholder management, and a pragmatic delivery mindset. Comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and change-oriented environment.
