As our Care Worker (known internally as reablement worker), youll support older people aged 55+ with varyingcare and support needs to live independently in their own home with peace of mind.Youll make a big difference each day as you help our customers achieve their hopes and aspirations.
You can be service based or work across 3 different services, no day is the same.
What youll do
1. Support our customers in their own apartment who have a range of support needs including frailty and dementia.
2. Help to regain or maintain independence and live well in their own home by carrying out every day daily living activities by themselves.
