About the Role:
* Support the Store management team across all product areas, back of house, and run the store when needed.
* Manage a team to deliver excellent service and accurate stock processes in a commercial, operationally efficient, and safe environment where targets are met.
* Create an atmosphere that supports, motivates, and inspires your team to perform at their best.
* Demonstrate a hands-on approach for all commercial and operational activities by working alongside the team.
* Ensure communication is up-to-date and accurate at all times to meet business needs.
