Job Overview:
We are seeking a detail-oriented Materials Controller to join a regional house builder on one of their new schemes in Kent.
The Company:
A regional house builder that specialise in building luxury 2-5 bedroom homes in the South East of England. The development we are recruiting for is being build across 2 phases which will be running concurrently with a handover date of Summer 2028.
Duties:
Working with a site based Project Manager and visiting Contracts Manager.
Call off and scheduling build materials as per construction phase requirements.
Raising materials requisitions with the buying team.
Liaising with multiple internal departments such as construction, commercial and technical/design teams.
Thorough monitoring and recording of materials delivered and signed out by construction and trades teams to minimise site...
