Executive Assistant We’re working on a fantastic opportunity with a FMCG company on an exciting stage of growth! With around 40 people in their London offices, the team plans to expand in the next 2-3 years, while maintaining their flat hierarchy and open culture. The team is looking for an enthusiastic all-rounder to take on EA support to three directors, as well as light office management duties. The successful EA will be a keystone of office culture, and assist with the smooth induction of new joiners during periods of growth. THE ROLE: This focus of this role will be EA support to the directors, although there will be scope to expand the role in the future. Day to day will include: Manage calendars, making necessary arrangements and resolving time/date conflicts. Supporting travel arrangements for Group Executives Pro-active planning and coordination of meetings and meeting facilities Support event management various office / team events Provide administrative support to the Executive Team Supporting London office new joiner onboarding Employee Offboarding Managing office supplies and facilities Liaise and align with peers in the group to ensure efficient planning, prioritization and organising of appointments and meetings Support with Employee engagement activities in the office and be part of the Employee engagement committee The candidate should be proactive and adaptable, and enjoy being the go-to person in a team. Being flexible with a keen attention to detail will be key for success in this role. Being comfortable navigating ambiguity is essential. Prior EA experience in a similar environment is preferred.
