We're seeking a skilled Senior Accountant with proven management experience to join a dynamic practice based in East Leeds. This role offers the opportunity to combine technical expertise with team leadership, shaping the future of our accounting operations.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee accounting processes, including financial reporting, compliance, and audits.
2. Manage and mentor a team of accountants, fostering growth and development.
3. Provide strategic financial insights to clients and maintain strong relationships.
4. Review and approve financial statements for accuracy and compliance.
5. Drive operational improvements and best practices within the firm.
What We're Looking For:
6. Professional qualification (ACA/ACCA or equivalent).
7. Proven accountancy practice, including management responsibilities.
8. Strong technical accounting knowledge and leadership skills.
9. Proactive and client-focused with excellent communication abilities.
10. Familiarity with accounting software such as QuickBooks, Xero, or similar.
