An opportunity has arisen for an experienced Senior Building Services Manager to take ownership of the MEP delivery on a landmark multi block residential development in Brighton. The project carries a £20 million MEP package and a three year construction programme, offering long term stability, genuine responsibility, and the chance to play a pivotal role in shaping a major residential scheme from start to finish.
